I have a gravely gmt9000 commercial series tractor. This is the one with the 27 hp continental engine. The rear lift on this is similiar to a cat 1 3 point hitch but does not have the center stabilizer like a 3 point hitch. What is this lift on the tractor and can it be modified to accept common cat 1 3 point accessories.
Thanks

Greetings!

Just bought a GMT myself, have not picked it up yet..

The center link to make the 3 point complete is part of the kit. I have had a couple of complete 3 point kits that have included it, courtesy of my local dealer. It is basically a bolt-on block that attaches the center link to the tractor.

In my mind, this becomes a complete category 1 three point hitch system..

Where in the world are you located?

Hi - I just purchased a GMT 900 series and also need the lift. Have you had any success finding sites specific to the GMT series? We just found a parts manual on Ebay but are looking for a service manual and owner's manual. We're located in Maine.
ANy help would be appreciated. It's in great condition. Can't find the serial number though.
Pat

Pat, I own a GMT 9000 with a three point hitch. I got an owners manual and all sorts of info by writing to the Gravely Corp. I included a 20.00 money order and received the above with 15.00 returned to me. Please keep in mind that it was 20 years ago. I'm sure you can still get the info today by writing the company. Hope this helps you out. I did send for a comprehensive repair manual at a later date and it continues to be real helpful today. If you need specific info just e'mail me and i'll try to help. Pete
