Generaly i would say the main jet was partilay clogged. Their is a 5/8 plug on the right side of the carb bowel if your facing the tractor from the front.. Make sure the muffler under the carb is cool before you take this plug out. Lots of gas will come rolling out. The jet is taken out by a allen head or torx bit. Cant rember excat size off top of my head. Carefully take it out make sure the jet hole is clear.. I Have also ran into that problem whene their was some water in the gas. Check that and if ya need more help Feeel free to Email me at Briggs_Man26554@Yahoo.com
