I can not get the carb adjusted to stop it from flooding out. Any suggestions?? I have tried everything.

May not need a rebuild. The float may only be sticking open allowing too much gas into carb. Tap on the side of the carb with a small wrench a few times, this may jar the float loose so that it functions properly. If flooding continues a tear down will be necessary.

You did not state if you had the carb apart.
I suspect you probably have a bad needle valve.
This could be from some dirt in the gas.
Get your engine model number, and spec number off the machine, and get a carb rebuilding kit.
Also check if there is any dirt or crud in the gas tank. Also some people install in line fuel filters on their machines.

I concur, when in doubt a carb rebiuld can only waste time, probably not though. Always use fresh clean gas.
