Could anyone tell me the horsepower and any other info about this Onan Twin engine? The model and serial numbers are as follows:
B48M-GA 018 3417A
J7833 87723
99-1391
I would also be interested in a starter for the same engine. E-mail me at lahsaj@flash.net

I's off of a Gravely 818T, unless another company had them on their tractor.

That would be a 18 hp 48 cube b series onan,, Came off a sears SS or GT tractor??? I have the same motor in My 1979 GT-18. According to onan they don't make a replacement (performer series engine) for that application. But parts are still avalable for the for a hefty price, I need a carb, 380 for a new one!!!

You have an 18HP. I have an old 16HP but I believe the starters are the same. I have a rebuilt starter from an 16HP Onan. Let me know if your interested in the starter.
