I own a Wheelhorse Lawn Tractor. It has B-80 4speed printed on both sides. Comes with a K181S 8hp Kohler Engine. Manual Trans. The stamped tag on the frame says Model 1-0141, Ser# 148458.
Does any one know the year this was made? I am attempting to restore it. It runs great.

According to the model number, it is a 1975 B-80 8-speed. If it says 4-speed on the decal, they were made in 1974 with a model number of 1-0140 or 1-0145. Does it have 2 shift levers? One short one and one tall one? If it has 2, it is an 8-speed with the shorter one being the high-low range selector. If only one then must be a 4-speed. Those model numbers are out of the book.

Did you ever manage to find a pulley for the B-80 Wheel Horse. I have the same problem and I am having trouble sourcing one.
