I HAVE RECOVERED WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE A ANTIQUE BOLENS GARDEN TRACTOR THE TYPE # IS 35AB03 AND THE SERIAL # IS R5907. IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ME FIND OUT ABOUT WHAT YEAR IT WAS MANUFACTURED IN OR HAS ANY INFO I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU. THANKS, TAMMY

Can somebody tell me where the model or serial numbers are located. I just bought it in pieces and all that I know is that it is a tube frame with a manual shift transmission, thanks Ray.

I found a great site for antique Bolens garden tractors. It can help you find out the year and the attachments available, along with tell you how many horse power it is. The site also has pictures of most every Bolens you'll ever see. The site is /www.fortunecity.com/marina/newland/721/bolens/index.htm

I have a Bolen ST12.5 garden tractor - 20 years old. Engine is in good shape. Mower is in very poor shape and can't find another. Having some minor eletrical problems. Think I have to move on. Any interest in my tractor for fix up or parts.

Re: Re: Re: Cub Cadet 127 mower clutch? in reply to Nathan, 07-26-2002 18:57:01
i rebuilt the one on my 147, no problem, if no fingers bent, and surfaces pretty smooth, about 30.00 from cub dealer. kit comes with friction wear disc and guage to set fingers. i would recommend replacing springs (they are about 3.00 each)

Re: Battery discharging - Could it be bad flywheel ? in reply to Anthony, 05-07-2002 14:43:59
If the only problem is the light being on, ignore it, and take the bulb out. It really is a non-
issue regarding your mower. I know my response
will not suffice, but that is my opinion.
Has your battery ever really been drained? Fish
