Hello everyone, I have just purchased my first Fordson F. I am looking for any suggestions on where to purchase manuals and parts.
I would also appreciate any advice on what to do and not do as I try to get it running for the first time. Right now the "carb" is flooding real bad when I turn on the gas and it doesn't stand a chance of starting like that. The previous owner has put a float out of a JD 60 in it as he said the origional one had a hole in it.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Danny Bracken

I ALSO HAVE A 1920 FORDSON F. DO YOU HAVE THE HOLLY VAPORISOR FUEL SYSTEM? DOES IT HAVE A TANK MARKED "GASOLINE FOR STARTING ONLY? THERE ARE PARTS AVAILABLE, AND MANUALS AT A PLACE IN ESCANABA, MICHIGAN CALLED THE FORDSON HOUSE. I DON'T HAVE THE PHONE NUMBER WITH ME AT THIS TIME. YOU CAN CALL ME AT HOME IN THE EVENING AFTER 7:00PM E.S.T. AT 517-688-4953 OR 517-206-6583. I HAVE ALOT OF INFO AT HOME. THIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS AT WORK. GOOD LUCK, PHIL
