Dexta clutch problems again (sigh)

About a year ago, I replaced the (very expensive) clutch on the Dexta. The magic on this live PTO clutch seemed to involve some jig to set up the fingers correctly. Well, a year later and I find the pto clutch doesn't disengage anymore. of course right in time for haying!!!
I tried shortening up the pedal linkage- no different.
i guess I've got to split the tractor again. Does anyone have a procedure or recommendations for setting the clutch up at home without that "factory jig"?

If it has worked good till this time without slipping I would try to adjust it with the manuals specs first. You can also set both clutches with out this magic tool you talk about, although it makes it easier. Hope this helps, if not, I'm sure Burrhead knows a remedy.

I don't know of any other adjustment CB. Since he already ran it on the installation adjustment and it was okay it sounds like a rivet snapped in the pto clutch and is blocking it.

I've adjusted the linkage as high as it will go and there is still no PTO clutch action. I'll pull it apart after haying.
