I am restoring my Dad's 1920 Fordson. I need to find a source for pistons rings and valves. The rest of the tractor is in pretty good shape now that I have bored out and rebushed all the worn out steering parts. I thought the clutch was a neat device, Simple and hardly worn at all after all the years. Dad made a conversion to gasoline complete with oil bath aircleaner, governor and an IH mag driven from the timer end of the cam using Model T differential gears. I hope to run the tractor as Dad modified it. A testament to the "engineuity" of the depression era farmer.

Thanks, John

The Fordson House in Escanaba, Michigan has new valves, rings, and many other Fordson parts. The phone number is (906)786-5120.

I can't think of a place where you could simply buy parts for a Fordson that old. It would help if you could gather as many specifics of the engine as you can find, and post 'em in this forum. Tractor and engine serial numbers help too.
