This is a photo of the right side rear axle weight and there's another on the left. It is horseshoe shaped and fits over the axle. It is held in place by the fender bolts and raises the fender about 2". That's why some of you thought it has 24" rims. I've never seen or heard of these weights. Does anyone have more info on them?

They're 28" rims. Because of the distance from the top of the elevated fender to the top of the tire some guys thought maybe they were 24" rims.

Are they cut out enough so that you can get to the star wheel to adjust the brakes?

Heard of 'em, but never seen them. See it has 3-point stabilizer bars too, and the lynch pin holders(one of each, anyway)

At first I thought that they were special wheel weights for the 900/901 series tractor. But then realized that they wouldn't fit with the wheel center line being lower.

The bracket between the weight and the axle with the bolt in it is part of a three point hold down kit

Thanks for that tip. I just looked in my 711 Loader Manual and sho' nuf- there's a drawing of them. Now if I just had the tubes that connect them to the lift arms.

I'd heard of them but never seen one till now.
Sure would make it easier to change a flat tire wouldn't they.
I wonder what it would cost to get them to Witicha.

A lot easier than removing pie weights to fix a flat fo' sure. I won't be parting this rig out and you'll see why in a few days.

Now I know what it feels like to be a gorgeous woman- guys slobbering all over themselves in anticipation of my next move! I think I'll drag this out as long as possible just to savor the feeling of my 15 minutes of fame.
