I just purchased this tractor from the local CNH dealer. After a little sprucing up it looks pretty good. I have posted a picture in the Tractor Photo section of this site for those of you who would like to see it.

I do have one question. Does anyone have a picture of the differential lock assembly? I have the owners manual and the service manual, but they don't show a picture. The foot pedal mechanism has been removed and I need to see which parts I need.

Again, the NH website will show what parts you need.
The only time I've ever had a problem with that diff locking (sticking)up is from a sticky pedal and linkage. If it's never used, it will seize... and then it will be a problem.... but that's still an external problem. There's not much on the inside to stick.

Try the New Holland web site and look up the parts you need. You'll even have the part numbers then. As to hurleyjd saying they're worthless and lock up, I'd disagree. I don't need to use the differential lock often, but it can help every once in a while. Yes, they can stick, but mine have ALLWAYS come unstuck by simply tapping one brake, then the other as I'm driving. I have 5 Fords with diff locks, and this applies to all of them. Never had to tear one apart to get it unstuck.

Save your money they are useless. When you do use them they will sometimes lock up and stay that way. When that happens you cannot turn the tractor as sharp as you could before the lockup. Sometimes a tear down is needed to get them to unlock. How do I know I have had it happen.
