I've done some searching and seems no one is sure what the last 'b' stands for in this particular model number - Oaks site does not have that as an option - any ideas? Also, I have a 4 speed but it seems that its possible I have an 8? How would I tell the difference?

the b is the later version of "2" OR 2000/2600/2610 series...

Matthew,

I'm not sure what the last 'B' stands for but I can tell you that if it is an 8-speed you will have two gearshift levers. One lever on the left to change the gears 1-2-3 etc and one lever on the right to change the range (high-low). If you have only one shifter it is most likely a four speed.

It seems no one has a complete listing of all of these codes. My 4400 has a 'G' trans code which best I can tell means is a 4x4 manual reversing trans.

Rick
