I have a Ford 851, General Purpose. The s/n is 3664. The wheel hubs have a part number in the casting of NCA-1106-B.

According to the Ford Parts Manual the correct bearing/retainer kit for this tractor with early s/n is CBPN-1200-B. When this kit arrived from the parts house I found that both inner and outer bearings are wrong. They are too tall and too large in diameter to fit in my hubs. The seal/retainer is correct though.

Can anybody help me out in ordering the correct bearings for these hubs?

Are you sure that is not NCA-1104-B

They show two differant ones for the 800.
One is before serial #137818 with hub NCA-1104-C 1953-1956
Then one is after serial #137818 with hub NCA-1104-B 1957/
Then in 1958 on 801's they changed to a third one. 1958/ They do not show a hub # for this one. Since yours was built in 1957 it may have either the late 800 hub or the 801 hub. Hard to say.
They have a 4th listed but it is for the industral front end 801.

This is why when I bought my bearings I took them to a bearing seller and had them measured. I can not put my hand on recite right now but if I can find it I will post back.

John,

I am sure of the part number on the hubs. I sandblasted both hubs and they both are the same number. I thought the 6 was an 8 until I took off the old paint. It is a 6 for sure. And I ordered from the parts book as if it was a late 800 or an early 801. That didn't work for me.

If I don't get some help from a New Holland dealer tomorrow, I will do the same thing you did, go to a bearing house and have them match up the bearings.

Thanks for the reply,

skycarp

OK went and looked at my hubs on my late 57 or early 58 861 this morning. It says NCA-1106-B the same as yours says.
The bearings I bought was from American Bearing. The recite says..... ..... .

Tim-Set2..... ..... 2each..... .12.98
Timken
Tim-Set6..... ..... 2each..... .15.40
1-LM67010,....1-LM67048
CRI-16842..... ..... 2each..... .18.56
1.686" X 2.686" X.312" seal
Total..... ..... ..... ..... ..46.94

Hopfully this will help you get the right stuff.
