I am wanting to have a set of adaptors made for my sleeve removal/installer tools that will fit the T030 engine. Does anyone have the measurements for ID and OD (or wall thickness) of the sleeves? I have never had one of these engines apart so I am not real familiar with them. I am intending to rebuild one next summer though and am going to try to have everything ready to go before tear down. thanks in advance,

Stock bore for the TO30 is 3 1/4" (3.25").. oversize bores depend on what was done over the course of its life, but the maximum overbore (the only one available now) is 3 3/8" (3.375") TO20s have a maximum of 3 5/16 (3.3125")... The OD at the bottom is 3.682" on the TO30 (I forgot what it was on the TO20 but a little less).. If making plates to pull, I'd make a round stepped plate about 3.6" OD with two steps.. one at 3.25 and at 3.375.. but even a 3.5" square plate can be made to work.. you only have to pull about 3/4" and it comes loose... If you check the archives, I even did it with a cheap homemade wooden puller made of 2x4 pieces
