I bought an IH 424 Utility with an old Bush Hog rotary mower from John 1.5 years ago. He was completely upfront and honest, including about how much he paid for the tractor. He was very friendly and helpful when I spoke with him on the phone and when I went to pick up the tractor. Based upon my experience with him, I would be glad to make a transaction with him in the future.

He did not misrepresent the tractor in any way, answered all my questions, and gave his opinion about the suitability of the tractor to what I wanted to do when I asked him. The price suited us both.

I've had the tractor and the implements almost 9 months now, and am still happy with the deal. He had assured me via email before the sale that the tractor was ready to work. It was. I used it about a week before changing the oil, oil filter, fuel filter and cleaning the oil bath air filter. It also needed a little power steering fluid.

The Woods mower worked as is but leaked lubricant from the gearbox. I replaced bearings and seals ($14.00). The ancient grader blade is still ugly, but it has moved a lot of gravel and dirt without problems.

I bought a John Deere A from him and was pleased with the transaction. He was fair, honest and he delivered exactly what he promised. I would buy from him again with no worries.
