300 torque amplifier question

where is the lever?i think its on the left.i thought it was a hand clutch lever.is this the amplifer?and hows it suppose to work?also does a 300 have any hydraulics beside the pump on the distribitor?like a belly pump?thank you

It is the lever on the left side. Pull back for low and forward for high. Shift while moving is fine but going down a hill in low side will freewheel and go fast. I think the only pump is by dist. I have a farmall 300 and thats how mine is.
