You guys talking about me with me not here? I don't think the military had anythign to do with it (maybe, who knows) I do know that it was the IHC that got us connected. I'm also joining the EDGE&TA in my local area.
I'll tell you what those two organizations, and this forum community have shown me. You guys will trip over each other to help one another out. And when these older gentleman see a young buck (in relative terms) like me take an interest in old tractors, look out. I've learned a lot of patience for listening. Because when these guys get started on talking aobut old iron, you will be there for hours. And I soak up every minute of it.
Heck, Saturday night at the EDGE&TA picnic I found two guys that basically live around the corner from me, and they said if they owner couldn't deliver it to let them know. They would be happy to take me up there to pick it up. I even have a piggy back ride to all the local events now! third party image

You can't. You are stuck in Modern View forever!!! MUAHAHAHAAAA!!!

ok, seriously... look at the top right of the screen. You will see a box that says "Classic View". When in Classic you will see a button roughly the same spot that says Modern View. You can switch back and forth at any time.

I think someone stole my Modern View button.

Really, there isnt a button in Classic View that takes you to Modern View.

You are correct, there isn't a modern view button inside a thread. Back out to the forum list and look at the top, right side of the red bar. See pic

In the upper right hand corner there is a red rectangle. Inside it is "Classic View". Click on that. mike

Didn't know we were racing. I did like Mike in Ca response about being stuck forever.

I did too. He is a funny joker. How in the world he ended up with a free H is beyond me. I guess he is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy, and a "Never Give Up!" attitude. mike

Beats all I ever seen as well. I have tried to pay folks for some and couldn't get them. One thing folks have a little more respect for military men than they use to. My SIL is in the 101st Airbourne division and lots of folks have bought his supper at restaraunts when wearing the uniform. When I was in shortly after Vietnam lots of people wouldn't even hardly speak to me.
