Ya, I didn't see anything great there. I suppose if it sold at $350 it could be a pretty ok deal, but too hard to tell without seeing it up close. Heck, could be stuck.

Now this 460 looks like it has some potential.

Look closer. $350 is the starting price to generate interest. But he has a reserve, which could be $1000 or more maybe. You just don't know. If the reserve isn't met, then it's no sale.
Watch that sale. See what happens. I remember one H in CO generating 15 bids or so up to about $900. It went no sale because the reserve wasn't met. That guy tried 3 more times and never got people to bid again. He put it with a stright price for $1200 and didn't sell it.
