Trouble with Combine Engine

We have a 105 Combine with the C-153 4 cylinder engine. We just pulled it out of the barn and it has been running poorly since. It has a large hesitation and seems to be running on only 2 cylinders. I found 3 bad plug wires, so I replaced all 4. It ran better, but still wasn't right, so I pulled the plugs. I found that the spark plug ends for cylinders 1 and 2 are yellow/white with light brown spots. The plugs from 3 and 4 are covered completely with black, dry soot. Any ideas what could cause this? It has fresh gas and new plugs. I am tending to lean toward the engine sucking something up into the intake pipe for the last two cylinders or a damaged intake manifold or leaking gasket on the front two. Thanks.

Now that is posable also check the cap for hair line cracks or cobwebs Had a small spide cause me all kinds of greff on a H one time . A buddy had cobwebs in a electric pannel in the barn cause him to have a huge electric bill. that was a tough one to figure out. Heck even a mouse could have gotten in there and built a couple nests. Nothing supprises me anymore. It is Now what next .
