Man, It's one of those days. Was pullin the cam gear off the cam for the F-12 and it broke in half. Used the jack bolts too. And yes the center nut was off. Was going to go to the old man's today to pull off the carb on the JD A to clean that cause it's givin me fits, but I'm not even gonna do that. I aint gonna do sh*t today. Could someone give me any leads on a cam gear? What other models might be the same? Thanks, Doug N in SE PA

They are the same off a F-12 or F-14. Me and my Dad part out lots of F-12's and F-14's. We have one from a F-14 if you are interested.

Shouldn't be a problem. That block is the basis for all of the A,B,C engines etc. Should have a part no. on it, will probably match up to any of the above engines. LE

Yes, just went on Case IH site. pulled up parts diagrams for A B C. Cams appear to be the same on all 3. Cam gears are listed the same for A, B, but different # on C. Same # of teeth, but different part #. Thanks Larry, I'll start workin with the dealer here(hopefully, I haven't heard back yet about a cam for a 504) Doug N
