I've been using GeneP since I started and now it tells me that handle belongs to someone else and I need a password to use it. I guess there is another GeneP out there somewhere?

I've seen where a person will come in and start useing a name like yours just to be funny and they reserve it to boot. I've seen that a few times over the years and seen a good number of people get pretty mad and upset when it happens to them.

Yeah, its me Rich, it looks like there was someone else out there that has used that handle on other boards. Unfortunately I never realized the importance of reserving your handle and I had not done that. I may just have to change it. I do have this one reserved now but not sure I like it. Oh well, live nd learn.

You still got Ice down there I guess?

Yep I reserved my name years ago, boy didn't think it had been that long but I've been on here about 5 years now. Yep still have a lot of snow/ice still its melting slowly and once it does enough I get the fun of patching my roof. Just wish I had the money to do it the right way but I don't so I'll have to do what I can unless FEMA and or red cross step in to help people out in this area. Its sure a mess and theres still a lot of poeple with out power. I sure happy I'm not one of them.
If you ever get down this way stop in and say HI

I will stop in. I get down that way every month or so. Pretty sure I will go through in April. We are having an adjuster school in Springfield MO and I like to go down Highway 5 to Lebanon.

the Knife outlet down there sells little folding Case knives for less that $10. I like to keep 4 or 5 on hand. they make nice small gifts, plus I loose two or three a year.

I think I am going to try the GeneMO handle, reserve it. Hope no one already has that one.

Going to see Larry the Cable guy tomorrow in Columbia. Get-R-done!!

Shoot if you drive down Hwy 5 to lebanon then you drive with in 3 miles of my place. If you know where the old Hoods store was, its not there any more because the Dec ice storm got them and the roof caved in on it. But any how the road across from where Hoods was is the road I live out. My web site has a map in it that shows how to get to my place from the junction of HWY 5 and HWY 54

I was through there since the hoods store went down. I had heard it fell in. I kept looking for it, expecting a bunch of rubble. I thought I had missed then came up on juss a slab left. I know right where that is at. I even remember that gravel.

Well then you have been with in 3 miles of me and didn't even know it LOL. For that matter you could have even driven by me at some time, but I don't get out much because the doctor says I shouldn't drive much if I can help it, something about hurting my back more.

On second thought I might not want to meet you, you said you had all colors of tractors. I'm straight red. Never even drove the old 3020's or 4020's enought to learn how that danged gear shifter worked.

Just kiddn

Them 3020 and 4020 are to new fangled for me. I stick to the old ones as in before 1965 and I only have one machine on the place other then the cars/trucks that are newer and thats a 950 cat loader and its a 1967. But yes I have gray ones red one 2 differant brands of the red. Green one 2 colors of them also and Case don't know what color to call them.

Was the GeneP a reserved name?

When you posted messages before and you clicked to preview did it have in red "reserved name"?

If it did then you should be able to get it back. You might contact Kim over on the site comments board. I know she has ran into this before and can resend your password to you if you are the GeneP that had reserved the name and your email is the same as wehn you reserved it.

Did you clean out your cache or cookies on your pc? Sometimes that causes problems with passwords. All you need do is re-enter your password.

I know how to reserve it now. I dont think it was anyone trying to be mean, I think he may have actually had his first. Looks like he mostly posted elsewhere.
