I'm looking at a 1946 Farmall A (Cultivision) in CT. Has bucket, good skin, runs excellent. The guy is asking $2500 OBO. Is this a fair price?

What kind of condition? Also, depends on what you plan to do with it. Any imps?
There are no Hydraulics on a straight A.

Is it restored?

It is actually in VERY good condition, just the usual surface rust. It has hydrolics for the bucket loader assembly, but is not touch control. I'm mostly interested in it as a resoration project.

If you want one to restore you wont want hat one as you have all that stuff that has been added on and now you dont want.Get familar with the model first before you buy as getting the original parts can get expensive when restoring.

If you need the loader, maybe. If not A's are available for about 1000 less.
