I found the drain plug, also found the fill plug, where did they hide the dip stick/pet cock,or whatever you can tell if its full? Before the manual policestart in, YT hasd no manual listed ,TSC has no M manual in the local store. This is a 51 M. Thanks HH

There is a plug on the left side, near the front of the transmission case. With the tractor on the level, the oil level should be up to that check plug.

I would let it sit on an uphill grade for a week and then loosen the drain plug to get the water out and then fill the trans until it comes out the plug on the side.

If you click on "Tractor Manuals" on the left side of the page then search "International/Farmall/MD" and "M" you'll find all kinds of manuals for an M.
