I have a 350u. When I bought it the ta was not in service. I drained all the fluids and replaced them. As mentioned use your IT manual following exactly per specifications. Mine came to life and an kind of proud of the fact I fixed it! It is amazing how much out of adjustment they can be. Worked for me, good luck!

go to your local tsc and purchase a I&T book, that explains it as good as any.
You local IH dealer may maky you a copy of the correct pages from a manual.

THe book is the answer.
There is enough step/step/step activity to make it very tough and not at all successful to describe in words. This site has manuals as does Binders Books, as do many dealers, or on Ebay.
There is really no way to discuss it without the manual.
