Last May a guy on here in Iowa sent me some money to hold my F30 for a few weeks until he could come down and pick it up. I never heard from him again and he won't answer emails. I need the space for another klunker. How long should I wait til I can sell it again? I think he must have died! I kind of figured a year at the most.

I am the fellow. Sell it as I can't get away. I have answered every E-mail I have recieved though. I am sorry for your inconvenience. Keep the deposit and sell it for what ever you can get and enjoy the extra cash on me.

Seems to me I read that after 6 months, you can do whatever you want with the merchandise. So, I would go ahead and resell the old girl. Now, if that fella shows up after this long, the right thing would be to offer his down payment back to him, but you don't owe him that tractor. my $.02

If you still have his name and address you may find him on ussearch.com or under peoplefind. Hal
