Does a Hydro 70 gasser have sleeves or are they a bore 'em out thing?

Hi Dave,

Oh, just lookin' at one. I need another "bang around" tractor.

There is one in at the local red shop that has a fair sized Dual loader on it, wide front end with oversized tires. Trouble is, it is a darned gasser.

But all I'd use it for is to feed with in the winter time and help load bales in the hay field in the summer.

My book shows thw Hydro 70 as having the C291 sleeve type engine. The C301 was in the 806 826 and 856 plus many of the combines cotton pickers ect.

If it is a 290 it has sleeves.301 is sleeveless.00
