Hello
I just inheerited a Farmall "H" and the exhaust adapter that bolts on top of the manifold is broken and I can not find one. Can any one help me with this. The Serial number of the Tractor is FBH27494 and the numbers on the manifold are 6712D and another is 53J. I really do not want to buy a new manifold.
Thanks for your help.
Carl

It probably had a small aux fuel tank on the right side for starting on gas. If it"s a home tractor I agree with Nat, just buy a pipe, make it work and go ahead on. You can always make it origninal if you come across a good deal some day.

If its the funnel shaped piece that bolts on top of the exhaust manifold, thats a distillate or kerosene manifold. I think their kinda rare. Nabraska Cowman might be able to help you out.
It might be easier top find the regular gas manifold. ken

"Exhaust adapter?" Do you mean that 12" long piece of plain old 2" black iron pipe that you can pick up at any decent local hardware store for a couple of bucks?

You can get this from, Mark Wood. 2636 county rd 2300 E. Gifford, IL. zip 61847 phone 217-694-4735 If that is all thats wrong with your manifold, don't change it to a gas one.I made that mistake. It will be worth a lot more down the road with org. equiment.
