Just checked with The John Day Co. on price and availability of High Lift 3 pt adaptors. They are available for $264 for the pair and $86 for the third link adaptor for a 560. The third link adaptor is aparently not the same for all fast hitches. These are marketed through dealers only. You should be able to get them from you local IH dealer. Any Questions can be answered by The John Day Co. at (800)767-2273. Lance Ropte

Go 3 point and don't look back. Fast Hitch stuff is dead..... .. 3 point equipment is simply everywhere.

Bought a set up for a Farmall 200 from Worksaver for about $200 a few years back. Included arms, top link and top link mount. Only complaint was that top link was too long, had to find a shorter one. Other than that it works well with several 3pt impliments, with the proper adjustments to fit the rather limited width adjustment between the arms. You"ll have to choose your impliments with this in mind. See worksaver.com for drawings, etc. for your applicantion.

You should consider converting the 3-point implements to 2-point. The 2-point is much easier to hook up. Depending on how many implement you plan on using, it may be cheaper. For planters and cultivator bars the points are around $10 to $25 dollars at auctions. The a-frame type adapters go for $50 to $100.

Those same points around here will bring $50 to $75.

Rusty, where are you located? I have some extras. I have sold a few on ebay, but they are expensive to ship. I have a large set that mounts to two tool bars that is not even shippable.

If you are talking about the arms that take the place of the fast hitch to make it a 3 pt hitch like a JD, I found them for $150 online. $264 seems high.

The key is going to be if they are the High Lift version. My 560 doesn't lift the cultivator but only 3-4 inches of the ground for the shovels closest to the hitch. If we try cultivate taller corn or beans some of the crop will be distroyed every time we turn around on the ends. The High Lift will increase the lift by at least 4-5 inches more. My brother is always complaining about the low clearance we now have. Lance

I think they were on smith tractors. Do a yahoo search under that and I think you will find them.

I had the Cat.1 and 2 fast hitch to 3 pt adapters for a 706. The cat 2 were high lift. The only fast hitch implement I had was a 4-16 semi mount plow. I didnt think it was any easier to hook up then the 3pt implements. So if I had 3pth implements I would not convert them to fast hitch.

Could you justify all the expense involved with switching all your equipment over to fast hitch. It wouldn't take long and you would have spent more than a three point conversion. Also, the Worksaver conversions aren't as cheap as they use to be. Even the High Lift would get that front plow bottom high enough that you wouldn't be hitting the ground with every bump in the way when you have it out of the ground. Lance
