got home about 7:45 edt from our 19 hour trek to Nashville. Here's Todd, the proud new father. He's an Oliver guy, this is his first Red tractor,1938 F20. Howard, If it's all right with you, I'm gonna give him your email address. He's gonna need a manifold right off. Most of the rest is still there. third party image

Tired doesn't even begin to describe what we were. Better this morning, though. Any word on those steel rears, yet?

WOW Ya kev, and congrats to Todd too! he is going to need some parts I can see. What's that a cast iron seat? But if he wants steel for the front that might be a tuff one. Oh BTW I got my old Regular out today, changed the oil and was working on replacing some loose lug bolts when it got quitting time. Maybe this will give Todd some dream material. third party image

He's gonna put round spokes on it. I took him to a house aout 3 blocks off main street here in Seneca on Thursday to show him a pair of 24" spokes that were being used as driveway ornaments for the past 25 years. We stopped and talked to the caouple and found out they were moving and they sold him the wheels. Great shape to have been sitting out that long. I have a set of 15" front spokes coming for my F12, so I'm gonna trade him the F20 16" I have been using on my 12(with some bushings to make the bearings fit) for a set of rims and tires to rerim the set I have for my regular.

Yeah, like the Regular I'm working on and an F12 Waukesha that someone brought out of...Rhode Island, I think?...But anyway, There were a lot of parts there that you can't see, plus a lot I collected for my regular that turned out to be for an F20. I gave him an F-20 tank I picked up, a clutch pedal, steering wheel. I told him I would redo his mag for him as well. Not often you get a chance to convert someone to red, so I wanna help him out all I can. Plus, he's a really good guy who helps me out alot at work on stuff I don't know, so it's the least I can do. I've given him this link as well, so he'll be joining up here soon, I'm sure.
