My hyd loader bucket[bucket only] will creep down,but it will hold tractor off the ground in the other position. I have no extenal oil leaks. Any one have a solution to my problem ? Thanks

It is very likely that the control valve is allowing oil to leak back on one side but not the other. A parts manual for a 460 (or if you are using a third party valve spool) or possibly a shop manual with a parts breakdown would show susceptible parts that could be allowing the leaking.

If you only have one bucket cylinder and it is a double acting cylinder it is possible for the oil to leak past the piston inside they cylinder. Oil seeps past the piston to the other side, allowing the piston to move in the cylinder but not oil escapes. It is possible that it could allow oil to move one way but not the other.
