I have to remove my 12 X 26 Rear tires . I usually send them out but have since bought a bead breaker . I need to purchase a set of tire irons for removal. I see there are numerous types . What is the best set of 2 irons to go with and what style? Cheap places to purchase . M----r tire seems expensive.TCS has only 18 length.

You get what you pay for in quality, I would not go shorter than 24in. I use 36in, with arthritis wrists they work better for me. I always leave the rims on the tractor for tire work

I don't know what they cost now but I would buy nothing but Ken-tool. I could measure mine but they are probibly 24 inch I like a straight and a curved and you will find you use them for a LOT more than just changing tires.

You got that right Howard. They are just right for pry bars sometimes. Hey, I got that wide front end on today. Works good, thanks. Harley
