Most IHC H books and manuals are still available from your Case/IH dealer. He can order them for you.

It wouldn't hurt to pick up an IT manual either. They do have a tendency to say things like " disassembly is obvious upon inspection" but they do have a little different set of instructions that can be helpful when things are not making sense. In any case, the cost of manuals will likely be peanuts by the time you are done with your restoration.

Jason:

I don't have a lot of the letter series manuals aside from Cub manuals on the server, but there is the TC-27D Parts Manual for the H and HV. Just for info sake, have a look at it.

Binder Books is the best place to get the manuals and they are the only licensed reproduction house for authentica IH manuals.

Good people to deal with.

And yup, you do need all three. Owner's Manual, TC-27 series Parts Manual and the GSS Blue Ribbon Service Manual series for the H.

Have fun playing with Great GrandDad's tractor.

I would say you'd want an operator's manual, a service manual, and a parts book. Binder Books can supply these. Others may have better suggestions.
Enjoy that restoration.
