aAre there any differences between the 39s and those comeing later? Like my 32 F-20 has a different steering box on top the steering column than later 20s

On an M; Oil filter housing, rocker arms, front engine mount, entire pto assembly, front gas tank support, seat assembly, transmission cover.

Plus the other things mentioned below.

i have read articles that say the belt pulley is on the opposite side on a 39 never seen one though

The belt pulley is on the same side, but the lever for engaging it is oriented to the opposite direction.

I should say. it has the doamed top WITHOUT the bolts running through it

The opperator platform is different on the 39H as is the seat and frame. I'm sure there is more. Does your F-20 have the duckbilled front like the picture Nebraska Cowman posted below or the dome top? The later F-20s had the bolts running all the way through that casting.

Slorol, IT has the domed top. Dont know that ive ever seen a Duckbill here. I couldnt see it in the pics Harold sent either, just showing the rear, and it loaded from a distance. All the 20s and 30s Ive ever had had the dome with bolts running through it

But yes, to answer your first question. There are all kinds of little differences in the early H & M models. PTO shaft, Shutter control, starter switch, magneto ground switch, front grill, radiator cap, just to name a few.
