I read some past posts about 460's having a spring activated damper in the manifold to help with starting and running when it's cold out. My 460 won't start below 20 degrees but always starts above 35. Does anyone have a picture of what the damper looks like? Is the spring inside and outside? All I see poking out of my manifold is a shaft with a slot cut in it.
