Has anyone seen a voltage reg/cut-off relay like this? It's on a 46 H . Does anyone know which wire goes where? Any advice would be greatly apreiciated.the old wires don't seem to be wired right.

That is a replacement cut-out. A-C used these types and you can still get them. Terminals should be marked. Usually battwire goes on one terminal and the wire from the A post on the gen goes on the other one. All the cutout does is keep battery from running down when engine is not running. Field terminal on the gen will go to the sw box with the lite sw.

I'm trying to send a pic but I haven't figured it out yet. Any way the votage reg is only 1" by 2" and it's mounted on the generator. has anyone seen a regulator that small before?
