The screen is under the reservoir. Unhook lines to reservoir, unhook lines to valve(s) or remove valves altogether. Either 8 or 10 bolts hold reservoir, remove them and raise reservoir STRAIGHT up so screen is not damaged. Loosen 1 1/8 nut holding screen & remove. If screen is not damaged, cleaning will do.Replace o-rings on screen and valves(if removed). Reservoir gasket & o-rings are still avaliable from dealer. Last time I checked the screens cost $65.00, so take care!

I just did the reservoir on my 300U and didn't use any sealer - just the gasket. No leaks so far.

I was told earlier that to clean the screen on a 300U you had to open the top of the tank (where the seat bolts down). It just bolts down right? Any surprises?
