I am looking at a Farmall H for a guy,, when you open the throttle it doesnt do anything. Anybody have any idea what it might be? I am thinking something in the governor,...Thanks,,,Jim

I am way up North in Da U.P LOL up near Lake Superior, where I am at I have roughly 20 miles till I have to swim if I want to go any farther North LOL. Jim

It could be the spring broke inside the govener take the 5 or so bolts out of the side cover and look. Dont worry you wont have oil comming out every where or anything pretty simple. JON

No, the first place is at the end of the throttle shaft to make sure it is connected to anything.
