I'm lucky enough to have a friend whose a machinist at a local electric motor company. They have all the machines. They have some machines that are two stories tall! Anyway, he was nice enough to make a puller out of scrap for me. It worked like a champ and saved me quite a bit of cash.

What you got on the bottom end? I turned the pull tool for mine on the lathe, didn't have a factory puller suited for the job. Loren

Its just a metal disk. I had Ron Jacobson from this site make it for me. Kind of pricey but now I have one. I have disks for the H, 300 and 350.

i have made two so far one for a ford 8n and the last one i made was this spring for a ford 8600 this one was a little easier because i allready had the new liners i have not yet pulled liners on a wet sleeve engine only dry i would think wet sleeve would be much easier
had to make puller a bit heavier for the 8600 than 8n one its takes a lot of time to make the way i did but used tools handy to me torch, grinder, then file drilled and taped center with 3/4 inch well good luck
