assuming there is no water in them, how much would two rear tires and rims and two front tires and rims off a super C weigh?

I don't know the exact weight or the reason for your question, but they can easily be hauled in the back of a 1/2 ton pickup, as can those off an H or M. If you are having them shipped, maybe $200-$250 freight.

For the entire wheel rim and tire -- rim and tire alone, weight is not much of a factor.

the reason for the question is, i cant drive im only 14. my aunts going to take me on the 189 mile trip to get the tires, but she only has a ford ranger, her larger 69 IH pickup may not be able to make the trip. so can a ranger haul them?

If they are only tires and rims, there is no problem, If it includes the cast wheels, it will squat pretty good, but it should work, but it depends on what springs, etc the pickup has.
