Farmall H odd looking front hubs

My farmall H has front hubs with what looks to be attachment ears on the outside of the hubs coming out of the center. They don't spin with the wheel. Does any body know what these are for.

Yes, the model 24 McCormick 2 row mounted picker had a steerable center "snout" that attached to the front wheels with those knob like extensions that retain the wheels and stick through the center covers.

yup, they support the front of the cornpicker. if you want to sell, i bet someone is looking for them.
