If you have a hill near your house and or a truack tow it or roll it down a hill and pop start it in 4th gear. It should start then.

Thanks to everyone for their help. We got her going yesterday. After checking found the wire between points and the coil grounded.

There is gas coming to all cylinders. There is good compression. Tractor will not fire.

If you replaced all the ignition parts and still don't get a consistent strong spark, check the impulse. You should be able to hear a "click," "click," "click" from the magneto as the engine turns over. The impulse system enables the magneto to generate a strong spark even when revolving slowly, which is critically important when starting. My B wouldn't start until I had the impulse repaired. Now it pops off after a few revolutions. Amazing.

I am assuming by it will not crank that you mean it will turn over but not fire and start ? Have you pulled a spark plug after cranking it ? Is it wet, ie getting gas to the cylinder ? Do you have spark ? Do you have compression ? If all of the above conditions are met then it is probably out of time.
