The PTO on my B farmall was not turning my pull behind mower. Removed mower and removed pto cover and unbolted pto and rear pulley assembly. Took off rear pulley and shaft for this pulley. Could not get pto assembly to move, I believe I removed all the bolts. Looking through the rear hole for pulley shaft the gears all look fine and clean. When I turn the pto I can hold the large gear sprocket at the rear that the pto shaft must go through. The pto can be turned while the gear does not turn. Is there some key on this sprocket that could have came out. All this still brings me back to problem one, removing pto rear assembly. Help!

I think there are 7 bolts holding it to gear case. Today I removed PTO from my Super C. Not a bad job but it may be stuck because of a dowel pin in the housing. After al bolts are removed take a big screwdrive and pry, See my post several posts later than yours.Likely the shifting tube.
