I have sucessfully bought several used parts from people I found on this site and then it happened. I needed the nose/grill sheet metal for a 574 could not find in any of the local wrecking yards so requested help from ya'll---The tractor doc(Mark Ros)Homestead, Flordia responded he even sent picture, talked to him on phone, price agreed upon, check mailed, check cashed 1 mo later still no parts----will not respond to phone calls or email. What can I do it has been 6 months?

I had the same problem with a person in New York.I talked with a postmaster and she told me the postal service would do an investigation but it was up to me to provide the information.I did it all on the computer.Sure enough they did look in to it.The parts showed up shortly after. If I remember right I looked up United States Postal service and searched till I found it.Hope this helps

I always pay thru a USPS money order. only costs 90 cents, and comes with the full backing of the USPS Inspector Service.. That way when someone rips you off thru the US Mail, you can get them for mail fraud
