It Runs sweet, but has a cracked exhaust manifold.
The crack is at the first cylinder just back of the bolt . Looks like it would be a miserable job to seperate it from the intake then repair or replace.

I went through splitting the manifolds on my 560 just recently. A machine shop can do it. I had to go through 2 however...the first broke the old exhaust manifold to pieces getting it off (I told them they could as it had a 1 inch hole burned in it that was unrepairable) and gave it back to me. Said they were afraid to go farther. No charge.
I took it to a better shop and they finished the job and put new studs in for $25. I thought was a good deal. Bought a used manifold for $80. A gasket for around $18 and it sounds and works great. The bushings in my heatriser were gone. I just welded it shut to seal it from leaking. It may take it a little longer to warm up in the winter but oh well. Goodluck if you go for it.

You should that it apart and make sure the heat rizer is ok anyway and when you have it apart clean all the carbin out of the exhaust half so heat can get to the carb for winter.
