this M has foot start and roller on the hitch. I'm thinking of buying to switch out the wide front on my super H stage 2 with this i'h' wide front. it has only one weld on the front. any ideas what it is worth for the whole tractor. the engine runs good and he is gonna throw in a new carb kit. I like it!!! Whats its worth guys??? minnesota area.

Not only is it not the correct style of wide front, it's the wrong height. Your H will be running uphill, badly. You won't be able to see over the hood.

If you want to know what year it is, get the serial number and look it up on the "Serial Numbers" page linked on the left.

Barring that, get some casting codes, the ones that are 11-22-A format. The last letter is the year. Work backwards from 1954=Z, 1953=Y, 1952=X. U,V, and W are all 1951. 1950=T. 1949=S. 1948=R, and so on.

my stage 2 is a late 53 with nov and dec cast codes. i know where there is a super h with a fac wide front i will look at it. I certanly have alot to learn, but thats good. Might put it on my md.
