tried to catch a cat nap after supper and the wife comes in and says your radiator is leaking on the super a.

sure enuff nice little stream coming out the back side about middle ways up. just what i wanted to work on.

at least it came off wothout any trouble. now do I try to repair it or take it to a shop that knows what to do?

i bet i can creat more leaks if i try to patch it. something about that thin stuff is hard for me to keep from melting.

well i got some solder on there and it seemed to stick good. have to wait till tomorrow to try it out. being a non presurized system i think it will hold.

banjo. Either way you go, buying a "new" one or having the old one recored, you're not going to like the price. The chances of finding a good used one are pretty slim. I dare say this, but cobble an old chevy one on there? I would if it were my 300u but mines no show tractor, nor will it probably ever be. Function over form.
