Guess what I read in the classified ads. Thats right a guy has a Farmall B demonstrator for sale. Now that is a rare find. I wonder if it has a TA.

Of course there were B demonstrator tractors. But, they were not part of the white demonstrator program of 1950. I'm sure all dealerships had 'demonstrator' tractors that they would lend out for the farmer to try. eventually they got sold to the farmers, and there are no records, or differences, between these and other tractors. But they were technically 'demonstrators'.

John, I am well aware of that, but this guy was assuming because it had white paint under the red that is was part of the white demonstrator program, which was only in early 1950, after production of Bs had ended.

I've seen quite a few of those white tractors. They look nice even though they are not red most of the time.

It never ceases to amaze me the number of people that use the classified adds and don't really know what they have for sale. Tom P.S. Somebody told them it was a B Demonstrator and they didn't know any different or take the time to check for sure.
