Can anyone tell me what generally causes hydralic cylinders on the loader, to very slowly bleed down (all four of them) on my 460 utility, or at least where to look first. Thanks

A worn; leaky "cup" in even one of each pair of cylinders will allow oil to slowly slip from one side of the piston to the other; letting the loader "sag".

Or; the control valves could be worn out.

Thanks Bob, so it would be safe to say that if I unhooked the hydralic lines from the tractor mounted controler, with the loader in the air and it sagged down, then the problem would probably be in the cylinders? And if it doesn't, the problem is probably in the controler?

That's a good idea.

I didn't know what to suggest for testing; as I didn't know how your system was "set up"... If the loader cylinders could easily be isolated from the valve.

Exactly.
Be careful unhooking under pressure. It may be best to support the load, release the couplings, then put the load on the hoses. Some couplers are difficult to remove loaded, and might leak/squirt. JimN

If you unhook your hoses with the loader up you will not be able to hook them back up because of the pressure on the hoses!

He will be able to re-connect the couplers AFTER it leaks down!
