I need to take off the crank pulley on my cub. Could or would someone please post a picture of a puller so I can make one. Thanks Bobby

S/C Bob, here is all the info on the one I bult to remove the crank pulley off the boy's SC. everything is pretty much straight forward.HTH

Can't send a pic right now, as I am not at home. However, the one El-toro made looks similar to one I made and used a couple months back. Mine was made from 5/8 plate. I did not use a hydraulic jack, but instead drilled a hole in the plate and used a 5/8 threaded rod and nut as the jack. Put a piece of steel over the crankshaft end so you don't mess up the threaded hole there. The pulley on my cub came off fairly easy. Just make sure you pull on the hub of the pulley, not the flange.

This is a sketch for making a puller for the A, B or C Farmall damper pulleys. You just need to change the hole spacing for the Cub. Hal
