clearing snow on dirt

I have a Cat 931B track loader with a backhoe that I need to use for clearing deep snow on dirt that isn't always flat like a driveway. I put a smooth cutting edge on it (not cheap) and it works OK but is slow as the bucket is only 6 ft. wide. Does anyone have a suggestion for an inexpensive way to push snow to the side or clear a wider swath? I need to clear a big parking lot and a moto-cross track that is about 30 ft. wide and a mile long. If I can get most of the snow cleared I can clean it up with a rear blade on a tractor and a skid steer. I looked into a used V- blade from a grader but it was still $1250. It would be OK but we haven't had this much snow for a long time. Your help is appreciated. Dave

How about a 10-11-12' snowplow blade from a retired state or municipality snowplow truck..Try some of the truck upfitters[ equipment installers]..Sometimes they get update jobs where the equipment gets swapped out..I know the body company I worked for from time to time got rusty blades from those jobs and scrapped them out...

Thanks for the reply. I thought about that. I have lots of lift capacity and can push pretty good with the hoe on the back as long as I don't hit anything solid. I might take the hoe off though as it slows the machine down and it's more balanced without the hoe. I'll check some used equipment dealers. Dave
